Frequently Asked
Do I need to have a serious problem to start counseling?
Not at all. Counseling can help with everyday stress, life changes, relationship struggles, or simply wanting to better understand yourself.
How long does counseling take?
Every person’s journey is unique. Some clients find a few sessions helpful, while others benefit from longer-term support.
Do you work with children and teenagers?
We aren’t accepting children at this time. We provide counseling for individuals, families, and couples.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is very important to us. What you share in counseling remains confidential, with only a few legal exceptions that your counselor will explain.
How do I get started?
Getting started is simple. Reach out to schedule your first appointment—we are currently accepting new clients and offer flexible times to meet your needs.
Do you offer virtual or online counseling sessions?
Yes. We offer secure telehealth sessions for clients who prefer to meet virtually, making counseling more convenient and accessible.
What types of issues do you help with?
We work with a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
How do I know if you’re the right counselor for me?
The best way is to schedule an initial session. This gives you the chance to meet your counselor, ask questions, and see if it feels like a good fit.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and most major insurance plans. Payment is due at the time of your session, and we’re happy to discuss options to make counseling as accessible as possible.
